Bug description: Minor bug happends when you equip SotA while specced into SotF, upon choosing different talent from 5th row ( incarn/SF ) starfall becomes 60AP on use instead of 40. It works if you spec into different talents before you equip the ring.

Confirmed, equiping SotA while been already under the effect of SotF will render SotF bugged.
