Bug description: 30min cooldown gets back to 30min (almost) everytime you have a loading screen(assuming it was on cooldown), it doesn't refresh when u enter pvp instances

Proof: well it's a hearthstone xD

You tried to do / reload or move the object and put it back if you want where it was before
For example, I have eggs that have a buggy cooldown, as soon as I move them they work! however if I change zone it doesn't work again

I have no idea what u mean.
To reproduce the bug simply use normal hearthstone, then use dalaran hearthstone, and your normal hearthstone will be back to 30min cooldown, even if it was only 1min left.
