[REJECTED] [PALADIN][ORDER HALL] BUG MISSING NPC

Bug description: Missing my npc for oreder hall upgrades. Since this week. I had them upgraded till the second legendary soket, and now i dont have the npc anymore.

Pls fix it, i want to equip my second legendary item:)

Try deleting cache or something.everything is fine for me https://i.imgur.com/FRpsZe7.jpg

Ive done that, still not working. Can someone help me?
edit* : I gived my account to my friend to see if the problem persist, and he got the same problem on my account. So its not my client.

Try asking in support or making a GM ticket i can't really help you,this is clearly not bugged it is something related to you,you might be phased or something.Rejected.
