Bug description: I have finished the quest above and turned it in. This should have unlocked the next 3 quests from the chain: The Thread of Shadow, The Thread of Starlight and Drapings of the Ancients. There are no follow-up quests available at the NPC at this point and this is the only way to craft the legendary item.

Try to see if you can pick up quests the next time the Nether Disruptor is active. I've tested the questline and it worked fine. Also try relogging/deleting cache.
If it doesn't work out the next time the Nether Disruptor is up, please make a new report.
