Yes, I did everything. I threw a screenshot where you can see how the NPC falls down in the texture

I can confirm.. the NPC is under the map/texture and cant click it...

Hey, can confirm it's bugged. right now we are 10 ppl waiting for this quest to work, it's bugged af. please solve it since we can't continue the storyline in highmountain without it
