Blacksmithing skill bugged

I was 799 blacksmithing , When i built a DemonSteel Waist , my blacksmithing returned to 785 , now i am 790 by wasting so many Blood of sergeus ! but now there is nothing to build
as i saw in wow head , it should not happen and i am bugged !!! please help me , i was 799 blacksmithing and now i am 790 and i can not build anything to levelup
I DID NOT FIND A PLACE TO APPLY TO POST , PLEASE HELP ME AND DO NOT REJECT

i did everything and i was 799 blacksmith , please check my log account , i am bugged and there is no way to 800 blacksmith right now

Problem Solved by so many Restarting Windows and Relog and Deleting Catch and it is okay now
