[REJECTED] Vampiric blood bug cooldown + Blood boil doesn't work at all

Bug description:

2 of main spells of Blood Death knight has recent bug for me :
1. Blood boil : this spell isn't working anymore. Whatever the situation, whenever I click / press the spell (in my spellbook or directly in my castbar), it doesn't do anything.
2. vampiric blood : the cooldown isn't showing accurately : the icon tells me that the spell is ready but actually it is not. This can go up to 15 seconds. For this second bug, I think it is related to Legendary item waist "Service of Gorefiend", as it doesn't bug when I don't carry the item.

These bugs are really penalizing my gameplay, as they are 2 main spells of Blood DK spellkit.

Proof: hard to take a screenshot of those bugs, but they are easily traceable ingame with above symptoms.

Hi. The same thing with Blood Boil happened to me yesterday too at my BDK. It shows me "Recharging: 9 days" as seen on the screen.

All recharge abilities are facing some problems right now it's not only DK ones , they'll get fixed soon , please have some patience . If the bugs still keep appearing please make another report .
