[REJECTED] [VaultoftheWardens] Sap-Soul spell gives you a randomly looongggg (days long) cd on skills

Bug description: Just after doing VoW in random heroic dungeon finder i noted that my skill Epidemic didn't work, a closer look at it showed me it was broken... with a whooping 20 days cd XD, tried changing talents, going pvp, raid, killing myself, relog, cleaning cache, nothing seems to work to remove the cd. (a Shami friend of mine said that his skill to clean debuffs didn't work on me either). Did go ask discord about it and noted a couple of ppl with the same problem as mine.

PS: it aint a visual bug the skill doesn't work at all.

i can confurm that, its been 24h so far and my prot pala still cant use 2 of his main spells they are stuck like this - [Blessed Hammer]and [Shield of the Righteous]

Update: still buged even after the restart !
