[REJECTED] argus questline

Hello
I have a problem with the argus questline
I delivered the quest "the path forward" during a server crash and after the crash I no longer had the quest and the npc disappeared
I have already tried clearing the cache

Proof:

in the following images you can see two different characters in the same point of the quest line

in one there are the npc from which to take the quest in the other there are not

I have similiar problem but with A Beacon in the Dark. After server restart i can no longer finish this quest, nor retake it or drop it. It simply dissapeared without a reward. There is still Locus-Walker, but not Alleria near Vindicaar portal ( that i can't use because i could not finish this quest ).
