Bug description: Ai-Li Skymirror toy does not work.
Proof: I have taken it in previous patch as loot of Ai-li Skymirror PNG. It worked correctly in previous patch but now i can't use it any more. Please check and correct. Thank you.

When you try to use it, it says "The spell is not available for you".
