[FIXED] [Quest] Enchanting quest Rod of Azure

Bug description: Skystone Rod(33.33% sansa de drop) refuses to drop, or at least I was unlucky in all my 10+ tries

I can confirm that Dargrul does not drop the quest item also but I noticed something while I was doing world quests in Suramar. The quest leads me to the place where you defeat the last boss of the Court of Stars dungeon. Most of the time when doing a quest, a mob has to be killed within the area that the quest leads you to for it to count or a quest item to drop. In conclusion, maybe the reason why the rod is not dropping from Dargrul is that the rod/quest is not linked with Dargrul/Neltharion's Lair but instead linked with Advisor Melandrus/Court of Stars.

Will try to do Court of Stars and see if it drops from him instead.

EDIT: Doesn't drop from Advisor Melandrus.

5 heroic run+2 normal run. didnt get Skystone Rod. back in 7.2 i used to get this in mostly first or second heroic/normal/m0 run. This must be a bug.

Can relate....it won't drop....btw where did u guyz find the other 2 items...I came in scholomance and there were no mobs or anything in the instance.....I can't get ancient arkhana too

A rock thrown at a pole will not hit, but if one does not aim at the pole, it will hit! That is the law I used!

For the Ancient Arkhana, the dungeon appears empty only on heroic mode, so you can get the quest item on normal difficulty.

Confirmed for Skystone Rod from Dargrul. After cca 20 tries, the quest item didn't drop.
