Bug description: it was supposed to the artifact shows to me. i cant get the artifact so i cant progress in game

Did you try to retake the quest and delete cache?

I have the same problem i finish my artifact quests line but i didnt get my artifact weapon . In class hall i have just this quest https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=40276&name=the-maelstrom-beckons where i need my artifact weapon . I try retake quest and delete cache but it didn't help.
