[FIXED] [Death Knight][Frost] Howling Blast after yesterday's fixes

WoW Freakz spell link: Howling Blast, Rime, Remorseless Winter, Gathering Storm

Bug description: I named it Howling Blast after yesterday's fixes because the only fixes Frost DK received yesterday were to rune regeneration and to Rime Proc Howling Blast, and it worked fine before.
The bug is: When you have Gathering Storm talent selected and you use Remorseless Winter, the Rime proc buffed Howling Blast should give you 1 stack of Gathering Storm buff even though it does not spend any runes. It worked like that before, it was like that on retail and I don't think there's any proof needed here, but if you really need me to post some screenshots or videos or something I can browse the web a bit and post actual proof here.

Proof: Really easy to test so I didn't bother making any screenshots or videos.

I can confirm it too, like the guy said when u are under remorseless winter buff and u are using howling blast during rime proc u dont get stack of gathering storm , it was working fine since yesterday before the previous fix of howling blast under rime procs.

at 13:22 this dk after the 2 obliterate used (in remorsless winter buff) he used howling blast with rime proc and gathered the 5 stack of gathering storm if u can't watch it properly just slow down the speed of video and u see perfectly the gathering storm stack gathered by a howling blast with rime proc

Like u see in the video after the 2 obliterate i used during remorsless winter buff it procced an howling blast with rime and when i used it gathering storm stacks still remain 4 and not 5 like the guy in the video

So basically what the post creator guy said is right.
