Bug description: The trainers do not have the recipe in training list, a sceenshot is attached showing that i don't have the legendary recipe in "UNLEARNED" and that it is missing from the training list.

Literally the top comment in the link you gave was about how in retail you have to learn it in orgrimmar. They only changed it to learnable in legion dalaran in BfA.

dont know what you are talking about but the recipe was in dalaran trainer list before the last update
