[REJECTED] Quest for Rank "2" of "Living Leystone"

Hello Team, i cant start the Quest from "Chunk of Horn(ID:124494)" because i need the Quest "The Highmountain Tauren(ID:38888)" and the prequest for it is the Quest "Living Leystone Sample(ID:38785)" and when i use "/dump IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(38785)"it says (True) so i have done it.
In my opinion i should be able to take the next Quest from "NPC:Mama Diggs(93189)" (in BS House of Dalarn) which should give me "The Highmountain Tauren(ID:38888)". Right?
If im wrong please lemme know what i need to do, because i dont know. When i go to Ironhorn Enclave, Highmountain to the Miningtrainer he dont have any quest for me.

Hey i believe i have the same problem , its blocking the rest of my mining aswell ^^
