[REJECTED] [Item] Legendary Item Failure !

Bug description: heyho to the freakz team, i can no longer put on my second legendary item! (see screenshots) the following incorrect error message always appears on the display: "you have the maximum number of those gems socketed into equipped items". in advance I had received the legendary boots by email after logging in on the new game day, with the message: "There was an error with this item" [BLIZZ] Tag letter! even after switching off all addons and deleting useless quests and deleting the cache folder, the error was not resolved! please hereby fix errors. many thanks seyrita (tayra) GL <Sundance>

Hello,
I see you don't have research finished to wear two legendaries, you even show this on your screenshots. Research it and then try.

Heyho Pieczyyea,

that's the point: I had been researched armed by faith order advancement for many weeks and had been wearing 2 legys for a few weeks! the legy shoes were wrongly sent to me by ingame post with an error message! that's 2 mistakes that happened! please correct. so I would have to pay 5000 orderhall resources for the second time! Thank you very much

II. ok, i did now for the second time starting the research of armed by faith. so please refund my char the 5000 orderhall resources.

You can try to make a recovery request here . Because this problem that u had isn't an issue,honestly first time hearing about this,but as i said if u need the items just make a request on provided link.
