[DUPLICATE] Sanguine

WoW Freakz link: Dungeon affix sanguine
Bug description: So i got no idea what triggers this, but some mobs get stacks of sanguine, and it doesnt go away, even if you move out of sanguine, as u can see on picture, mobs were running after us, with sanguine stacks on it, doesnt get removed. Im thinking, if a mob has a sanguine ability on it, and 1 mob dies on it, making it get 2 stacks, and it to be permanent for some time. Also sometimes players get perma sanguini.

Still happens, apparently was fixed, it happens more rarely now, but the bug is still there
