Bug description: Ok so my quest is bugged , i get that quest i speak with Chen Stormstout , but i can t speak with Li Li , i already have her in followers list but i don t know why , pls help

Please abandon and take the quest again. That should fix the issue and autocomplete the quest.

Have you tried deleting cache and relogging as well?
