Proof:

Warbreaker should be proccing Tier t21 2set bonus however it currently isn't doing so. Colossus Smash is working fine, on the other hand. Hindering aoe openers, the bug. A video showcasing exactly what I mean in depth, that I've made, apologize for quality, should be visible.
