Bug description: cannot complete the quest mentioned above, because i took the quest when i already had 4 recipes of legion, then i went and found other 3 that i had left, but the NPC doesn't count my previously learnt recipes, and i cannot re-learn the old recipes, so it's impossible to finish the mission.
