[REJECTED] Missing enchant-ring-word-of-versatility "Rank 1" after taking enchanting again.

Bug description: I relearned enchanting today, ( had enchanting in 7.2) but it didn't teach me Enchant Ring - Word of Versatility "rank 1". There is no quest no get it as well. You're suppose to learn rank 1 of this recipe when you take enchanting.

In order to get rank 2-3 of other recipes i have to pay many golds, shards. So i wanna know how this is going to be fix. Do i have to unlearn and take it again later? Or No need no unlearn? I don't wanna lose my golds and mats again, so i wanna know this.
