[DUPLICATE] Quest bug

Bug description: quest [Nature's Touch] npc Phase out

I have tried to complete this quest for an hour now when i get too close on the quest area the NPC phases out so i can't heal them
i can fly away and fly back then i can see them briefly and then they disappear

Probably a world quest is active in that area, complete it first.

i thought so too but i have complete all nearby world quest but it does still not work.
i have even tryed to complete those around the mainbase without luck T_T
