Bug description: I can get this quest ater i tried to reset it via abandon. I tried everything i write tickets i relog couple of time i try to wait, delete caches everything that i could i did. So this is the last option.

That npc should give me that quest and it doesnt so i dont know where is the problem.

Abandon quest > delete wow cache folder > retake quest > try redoing it
