Problems with the 64-bit client.

At first when i downloaded the game with the method 1, my 64-bit client was not opening (it had black screen with an endless loading loop, the was shutting down automatically), i thought maybe my drivers were out of date or my anti virus was acting up, so i disabled anti virus, updated everything there is to update on the pc, the client worked, was a bit glitchy like the login screen was freezing sometime and client was not responding for few seconds, but at least i could log and play, last time i logged from the 64 bit client was in the morning, and now i can't log in, the client won't even open, and when it opens the screen goes white (Client not responding on task manager), again the infinite loading loop, and again it shuts down automatically, without any errors or something else.

Hi yall,

Open your Task Manager and close all processes related to World of Warcraft and Freakz Launchers, then restart your computer.

If you're using Windows 10, check your Firewall settings, a recent update has caused those to reset for many users, which may cause your launcher to be blocked.


Should that not work, try the following solutions (one by one, not all at once!)
- Redownload the launcher
- Remove the Read Only property from the ENTIRE game folder
- Set all launcher_freakz and WoW executables to run with administrator privileges
- Delete the WTF folder
- Move the WoW client to another location on your hard drive, for example the Desktop (And most importantly, the error tends to happen when it's not on the C: drive)
- Delete launcher_freakz-64.exe, launcher_freakz-64.dll and Wow-64.exe

Make sure to follow all of the steps correctly!

Hi Infinnity,

I am using windows 7, seems it kind of worked, tho when i try to log on the same day the 2nd time without shutting down my pc, 64 bit client do the same thing again, white screen - endless loading loop - not responding - shuts down automatically.
Also, if i log out completely from my account and try to relog, it freezes completely and after few secs throws random BLZ errors every single time with a different BLZ number....

Common mistakes are:

- Not removing read only or only doing so from the Data folder (The not using launcher issue, if client related, comes from Interface and/or WTF)
- Not setting ALL launchers and WoW exes to run as admin, or doing right click and clicking run as admin on the launcher (which would only run the Freakz launcher, but not WoW, as admin, and only once)
- Having the client on a different hard drive or partition than C:\\(Not sure why this causes the problem, as it doesn't do so on every PC, but it was the reason on my Windows 7 laptop for example)

What different BLZ number?

I just noticed this, i remove the read only option from the whole freakz folder, and it seems every time i close the properties window and open it again, read only option is enabled automatically, basically i can't remove it from all the subfolders (Data, Adds, WTF, etc...), i tried to remove read only from each folder seperately still didn't work, wow executables and launcers are set to run as admin.

As for the different BLZ numbers, for example, i log into my account normally fine the first time, the 2nd time when i log out (not exit game), and i try to log in the game freezes completely and BLZ error comes up, each time i try to log again hoping that it connects the BLZ numbers change, like BLZ51914003, then it changes to BLZ51914001, BLZ51914004, BLZ51914009, etc... each log in attempt different number, and if i exit the game and try to re-open it, i can't, the client wont respond after few secs of not opening and shut itself down without any errors and this only happens with the 64 bit, 32 bit runs fine-ish but it limits my pc performance to total oblivion...

As for BLZ1914001 usually means it's not running as admin or is missing permissions to run WoW.

As for others... eh...

Give me 48h to do a research on your current issue, but do this error repeat?

Aight so, this is confusing, i kind of managed to log 1 day out of the blue, the 64 bit client opened after 5-10 mins as it should, but again once i logged out of the account and tried to log in again these random blz numbers started to pop up, and now the client again won't open at all, and if it opens it opens as crashed window that doesn't respond and closes automatically (vanishes even from task manager) <- Forgot to mention that only the wow window shuts down, the cmd from the launcher remains open tho.

^All this happens only with the 64 bit client. 32 Bit client works perfectly normal without any issues its just, with 32 bit i got very limited fps that drops to oblivion unlike the performance i had on 64 when i was playing in 7.2.5.

Regarding the BLZ errors that has to do with permissions and running as admin, i am 100% sure i've set both clients to run as admins, both the launchers and the wow-freakz64 and 86.exe, all 4 files were added to exceptions too (tho i tried even removing the exceptions, still didn't change anything).
