Bug description:
Vileshard Crawler and Tarspitter Slug have wrong health values, having the same amount of other mobs in the dungeon. This was fixed before on PTR, but apparently it got bugged once again.

Could you provide either a previous report containing or simply a video of what the videos were on retail in 7.3.5?

This is my previous report during PTR, but according to KremX they already planned to fix health values for all difficulties, so he rejected it.

I tried to find values for m0 in 7.3.5, with no success. We can calculate it through m+ videos, though.

Method +25 video

Vileshard Crawler with 29,66M and 49% health
Then 100% health would be approx. 60,53M
Subtracting Fortified affix (+20% health) -> 50,44M
Subtracting increased HP due to +25 (885% more health) -> 5,121M

Embershard Scorpion with 174M and 100%
Subtracting Fortified affix (+20% health) -> 145M
Subtracting increased HP due to +25 (885% more health) -> 14,72M

Method MDI +24 video

Vileshard Crawler with 51,7M and 93,8% health
Then 100% health would be approx. 55,1M
Subtracting Fortified affix (+20% health) -> 45,9M
Subtracting increased HP due to +24 (796% more health) -> 5,126M

If you calculate it through my screenshots, they would have 14,26M HP in m0.
Now, just to make sure, I went NL m0, and surprisingly found correct values for the Vileshard Crawler (5,13M).
Joined a +2, and the same bug happened:

So maybe we found out what is happening: in summary, the health values used in mythic+ is different from the ones in m0, because you can see even the Embershard Scorpion have a different HP in +2 than it should have (considering HP in m0 is 14,82M, the correct HP in +2 should be 16,3M).
Now I wonder if this is happening with specific mobs/dungeons, like the ones mentioned here, or if it's a general bug.

edit: I just checked boss. Rokmora in m0 have 111,02M HP, so in +2 he should have 122,12M, but right now he has 117,76M. So yeah, I think this is a general bug.
