[FIXED] The Arcway(Heroic): Lockout broken

Bug description: The Arcway's lockout on hc is broken now on a very similar way to the this. If you enter on hc youll get an enormous lockout (31360 day) and you wont be able to queue to that dungeon via Heroic RDF anymore.
