[REJECTED] Monk Class Hall Quest - Into The Heavens (repost with updates because locked)

My previous topic has been locked so I need to create a new one because the answer hasn't solved my problem. I'll try to make the bug clearer with new screenshots.

Bug description: I am trying to complete the above mentioned quest with my monk lvl 99. In the screenshot, I have just destroyed the orbs. I get to stage 4 and the image of Typhinius is supposed to generate an actual mob. He doesn't. He has one line of dialogue and then nothing happens. I have ran around the entire place 10 times. I have stood near Li Li just as many times but she is bugged. I think that's why I can't progress. And I did not leave her behind.
Finally, the answer to my previous post suggested that I kill Scion of Typhinius and then progress. But I cannot click the mob at all. Nor the one you see on the screen, nor the one downstairs. And the wall doesn't let me progress. I'm seriously stuck.

I have obviously tried to relog and retake multiple times. I have unstuck on website. I have even change my spec. I tried killing all mobs before destroying the orbs. Absolutely nothing works. At the 5th attempt I'm getting desperate for help. I would appreciate if you didn't lock the topic before my problem is solved.

To add more context, the following video does show that Li Li is bugged. In my game she stays where she is at 2:18. Normally she should move.

I can't reproduce, she follows me after clicking on the pillar.

Is there any way you could teleport to where I am and I can show you?

Or maybe there's something else I could try? But I don't see what since I've tried so many things already and I'm still stuck. And you say that it's all fine on your end... :/

And while asking around in general, it seems that other people have struggled with that quest but I haven't been able to find out how they "fixed it".

Okay a bit of an update. After respec (I was playing tank), I moved to DPS. I was still stuck. Then I relogged (I had done that before many times) and Li Li started to follow me and I was able to do the quest. My theory is that playing tank bugs it somehow? I'm not sure what went wrong but there's definitely something to fix I think
