[REJECTED] Priest Class Hall Quest Line - 1 quest bugged

Bug description:
As I said before, on a in-game ticket, the quest is working fine. I checked ".info" before someone answer me that. I disabled addons and deleted cache, and still not working.
I had a priest, on alliance, where i've did class hall questlines. But i deleted it, in order to creat a nightborn priest.
Once i reach this quest, i did Halls of Valor, like the quest asked me, and i got Spark of Light. 2/3 steps of quests done.
Once i go to the next step, where i need to "Release the Spark of Light within the Sanctuary of Light", I go to the altar, and when I click there to use item, say: "That is already in use."
In screenshot, I show the item, the message and the quest.
I know is working, because I saw 1 priest doing it after i tried 20 times.
