[FIXED] [PvE] [Antorus] Felhounds of Sargeras Burning maw/corrupting maw

Bug description: On heroic +, the spells are cast too frequently and the debuffs never drops off, have reached 10+ stacks of the debuff

here on freakz at minute 4.15 we can see that the tank has 15 stacks of the debuff (on the raid frames)

here on retail the stacks never went above 6

Looking into it, I will update you when we take a closer look.

Update: We made a small change to the boss, please give me some feedback if it's better now.

So the stacks now reset on their own at 4-5 most of the time which is good.
But a problem I still see is that during the bosses abilities (the siphoning and enflame ones) when they start casting, they will sometimes hit you while casting it preventing the reset.
I have not seen in a retail video that they hit during the cast with the debufs.
Maybe look into that?

Ok so upon further pulls, the stack seem to always reset at around 8-10, still I don't know if the bosses should be using burning/corrupting maw during siphon/enflame corruption?

They should reset around that number so that is fine.
