[REJECTED] Argus Zone Accessability for Alt Characters

Bug description:

After completing the Argus quest chain (3/3) on one of your characters, all others should have access to 1. all previously unlocked Vindicaar teleports within Argus, 2. Argus World Quests and Invasion Points, 3. Access to the Netherlight crucible after doing the introduction quest line which puts you on the vindicaar and onto argus itself and does not require you to re-quest everything.

1. Access to the Netherlight Crucible has been consistent for me but i have heard for some they cant utilize it on alts.
2. Worldquests are kind of wonky in a way where they only appear in one of the three zones at once or just not at all. Invasion points are (at least visually) fully accessable
3. teleport/flightpaths on alts are not accessable even with 3/3 completion on your main character

The video shows that i have access to the very first argus mission within the boundaries of the argus zone and also the 3/3 chapters completed from my main char but i only have access to some wqs in a zone i cannot reach because the teleports are not accessable.
