[Blackfathom Deeps] Bugs / Missing models after update

Bug description: We got murloc models missing, bosses scale but are awfully resilient for level 62 vs my 110, trash mobs do not scale, dungeon is missing quest giver npc after final boss kill.
- Missing rp events, as shown in the video below
- Trash mobs do not scale and are the trash mobs from the old dungeon, they have not been updated to the new version. Murlocs should have updated models and other mobs have been swapped out for new ones, as shown in the video.
- No quest giver npcs spawn after defeating Aku'mai to turn in the quest (they could also be spawned before he dies, they're just not there.)
- Bosses respawn after some time, which shouldn't be possible. Killing them again results into loot once more (for the bosses who have dropped loot before, so doesn't include the bosses who don't drop anything, mentioned below.)
