[DUPLICATE] Void elf quest not starting

Bug description:. Absolutely the same issues as everyone else - rep with argussian is exalted and stuck at 0, you're not prepared is finished. Lightforged draenei obtained. Anduin finished the quest and neither him nor Alleria have a quest up for taking. Deleted cache, restarted the game, dropped quests and all . Nothing seems to work.
