Bug description: When there's many people doing the quest and start fights at different times, it buggs the quest out and can't speak with the npc.

Did you try to exit wow and delete cache then retake the quest?

I did that and only that fixed it but I guess just droping the quest and picking it back up works without cache delete aswell. It is still a bug that can happen.
