I have tested Felblade both in PvP and PvE. It always charged me and always generated Fury as intended. The issue you're reporting from the video is due to Line of Sight. There isn't any available pathing for you to charge to the target, thus it didn't happen and since you didn't charge and hit the target, you didn't generate any Fury. This indeed does happen sometimes but can't really be helped.

However if you encounter this issue again when Line of Sight isn't the issue, then please make a new report. Thank you for your contribution whatsoever!
