Bug description: Dreadlord's guile has way too long duration and almost no grace period

look at 33:57 when cast is finished, first beam is 33:59 ( about 1.5 sec grace period of the tick) + the guile ends at about 34:14-15 so the guile duration is about 15-17 seconds instead of the approximately 50sec-1 minute that we have now
