Bug description: Holy shield should be able to block all spells and dots, right now it only blocks the first dot hit, not the tick.

Proof: https://gyazo.com/23a54225f73efd48b92e15c9c8ab5072 <--- Only the "hits" are blocked, i.e the first hit from using the spell, the "damaged" values (the ticks) are not.
