Im posting it again since it was rejected before. Maybe its due to me not posting enough proof about the bug, but now i made weakauras that tracks time since consecration cast and disappears with consecration buff, so the last number you see is the duration. My tooltip says 10.1 sec duration due to 13 sec base duration (4 traits) and 28,2% haste. The tooltip duration matches what you'd expect from calculation with haste, but the real duration doesn't.
In the video you can see that even though tooltip says 10.1 sec, the buff disappears after 8.5-8.6 seconds.
The previous explanation of rejection is about number of ticks but its not the bug i am trying to report.

Edit: I also tested with no haste and it shows exactly what the tooltip says. I tested it with and without artifact that increases its duration. Seems like only haste is affecting duration in the wrong way.
