Hi Lerona,
as per your comment on last topic, the npc name is "Gakin The Darkbinder", yes i did googled it.
I click on the npc's, no respond.
So i tried to right click the quest item, and shows the quest has been completed.
But when i clicked the "complete quest", no respond at all.

Hello, yes I have just confirmed the issue that the quest can't be turned in to that NPC. But atm, you can't turn it in and it's bugged. So the report is confirmed and will be looked into. Thank you!
