[REJECTED] Third Relic Slot for my offspec artifacts doesnt unlock

Bug description: I completed all my class hall quests and Breaching the Tomb achievement but somehow my third slot is still locked for my Restoration and Elemental specs; the weird thing is that my main weapon (Doomhammer, enhancement) does have the third slot unlocked.

Try swapping to the spec and that doesn’t have it unlocked then relog,this solved it for me.

I changed specs, relogged while deleting cache and it worked for both specs, thank you for your help.
