Bug description:

Mixing the quest items provided during the quest does not give you the final quest item required to complete the quest.

Empty Apothecary's Flask -> Flask of Vrykul Blood -> Empty Apothecary's Flask -> Flask of Vrykul Blood -> STOPPED!

This quest lock this chain:


Proof:



How it should work:

You should try (random) few time mixing the Empty Apothecary's Flask near the cauldron and the Flask of Vrykul Blood near the table until you get the Balanced Concoction, item that give you the credit for the quest and is needed in order to complete that quest.
