[DUPLICATE] [Druid][Restoration] Ursol's Vortex

Bug description: it pulls inside vortex infinite number of times, it pulled me 4 times during single cast (2 charges, heroic leap and walking), second example is arcane mage (3 blinks and walking, pulled back every time). It may seem not that important but this thing wins arenas easily, rdruid can CC everyone with this for full duration and there is nothing that let you escape. It may be related to bugged DR of all kinds of stuns in game.
Proof: can't record a video, it pull 100/100 tries, so easy to check
