Bug description: The NPC spawns but there is no quest to start. As far as i know there is no "drop" chance to start a quest. Correct me if i am wrong.

Go there and see if he has quest for you, if not post a valid proof.

I'm one of 2 people who done the quest, you must first finish both:

then mine basilisks to spawn Rethu's ghost which starts quest, good luck

Great! Thank's for the info. I had no idea I had to do the one with the pickaxe first. Gonna try that. Thanks!
