Bug description: Echo of the Highlord has greater crit chance than Templar's Verdict and it always hits before TV. It should hit the target after TV does, and because of this, the crit chance of TV is messed up.
With 27.56% crit change, i made 19 crits(24,4%), from which 10 are of Echo of the Highlord. That results that TV crited for only 11.5%. You can count those crits from the video.

However, in this second picture, i only crited 3 times out of 32 casts. That means 9.4%, and all 3 crits were only from the Echo of the Highlord. You can know it from the values, only 679k max crit.

It doesn't matter if they have seperate crit chance right now,since this doesn't change the fact that you have for example 30% and your templar has 30% chance to crit there is no such thing of one spell reducing the crit of the other and ye in this patch echo is part of the templar its no longer counted as a seperate ability. and also i reported this long time ago during testing.Also quicksand explained this last patch as being a hassle to make it hit at proper time and it doesn't matter when it hits as long as it does 10% of your TV or DS.
