Problem with Wow account

Hi where should I start

I'm gonna make this fast . I was in ulduar 25 and I've got one shot from thorim, I've died , the release button was not shown so I've hit Alt +F4 then I've tried to reconnect and when I put my account and password I see the realms , try to log in like I've always did , it returns me to main wow screen , I've used unstuck from site 4 times and it's the same , I've tried on other computers and it's the same problem

Try to delete cache in cache folder see if it works.
