[Fishing] Draenor fish give too few incredients AND use up too many charges

Bug description: Enormous Sea Scorpion only gives 2-4 "Sea Scorpion Segment" - using the "Enormous" edition of each fish should normally give up to the tenfold more (20-35, as you can see in the "Creates" tab here: https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=161284&&name=enormous-jawless-skulker). Sometimes, they even give not a single one of the Segments. Can be found in the "Creates" tab here: https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=161277&&name=enormous-sea-scorpion.
Another issue that can also be seen in the screenshot: gutting should normally use 5 of the individual kind of fish, but on Felsong it uses 6 if you have enough of the individual item in your inventory. Bug with the wrong number of items presumably affects ALL draenor fish. Can confirm the bug with Jawless Skulker, Sea Scorpion, Enormous Jawless Skulker, Crescent Saberfish and Enormous Crescent Saberfish. Will keep editing if I find more.

Bug with the wrong number of incredients created also affects "Fat Sleeper" (https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=161273&&name=fat-sleeper) and "Enormous Fat Sleeper" (https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=161283&&name=enormous-fat-sleeper).
