Bug description: When I pick up Oculeth, my action bar shows only one spell, put down Oculeth, which is alright. But when I enter Shal'Aran, my action bar appears back, leaving the spell behind, so I can't put him down.

I can clearly see from your video that the bar goes away but I tried for nearly 10 mins trying to reproduce the problem, try to delete cache and relog
