Bug description: So the bug goes like this , I've filled my bad luck protection ratio more than needed to get my first legendary and I still haven't got it after every M0 , every raid on every difficulty and even after 50 Mythic + Instances. This is insanely progress for the first legendary on a character . Many ppl who create their chars get their first legendary in the first m0 instances because the first legendary is the fastest one to get yet I still haven't dropped it . And also I've seen on 7.2 the Bad Luck Protection was fixed , maybe on this patch wasn't added at all . I really want some serious attention on this because this is game-breaking for me since I'm playing at high-level without a single legendary and this is critical , not only for me but for other players too.
