[COMPLETED] Lost Mail

I had a human mage called Inmortuss around level 70 on my account. I recently reached exalted reputation with Argussian Reach and decided to make a void elf mage. I wanted to use the name Inmortuss, and so I deleted the human mage and used that name on the void elf. After creating my new void elf mage called Inmortuss, I got a couple of levels on it and then went on my main character, Grolak, to send items to Inmortuss (the void elf alt). I sent 15k gold, the cloth legendary crafted item, a bunch of 880 ilvl gear, and some worthless gear for leveling (around lvl 70-80). I never received the mail. It's been more than a day now, and I still haven't received it. If it helps out, here is some additional information:
- I sent 1 g after a couple of hours from Grolak to Inmortuss, didn't receive it.
- I made a random person mail Inmortuss 1 copper after a few hours, didn't receive it.
- Today, after more than 24 hours (I'm assuming have passed since the creation of the void elf mage), I mailed another 1 g from Grolak to Inmortuss and did receive it. The rest of the mails I still didn't receive.
Unfortunately, the important mail that I sent first still hasn't been returned to my main character Grolak, and the void elf didn't receive it either. Just in case, I triple checked the name when I sent all mails (first one included).
What I can assume is that there was a bug and my items got sent to the old human mage for the first 24 hours, even though he was deleted. I can't think of anything else.

Please help me out, there was a lot of time invested into that mail.

PS: I am posting this for the second time because the first time it was rejected as he said "If you deleted the character before taking the mails from the character it was sent to it is lost, Not possible to recover mails". I clearly specified above that the mail was sent to the new character (the void elf mage) which has the name of the deleted one (human mage).
