[DUPLICATE] [Tailoring] Work Order: Silkweave Bracers

Bug description: The Rank 3 pattern for Silkweave Bracers should be rewarded from this tailoring world quest in Stormheim. In fact, other rank 3 tailoring patterns should be a reward from these kinds of tailoring world quests. Instead, the world quest currently rewards us with just an Artifact Power item.

In the proof submitted below, in my chat box you can see that I completed the world quest and no pattern was rewarded. I was instead rewarded with an Artifact Power Item which I am hovering over in my bags with my cursor(This reward is also shown beforehand when you hover over it in the map interface). In the middle of the screen, you can see that the rank 3 pattern is acquired through this world quest according to the tailoring profession tab.
