Bug description: I have an issue with this artifact aspect,with my mage,and some other chars. I can't change the color,if i try,automatically it will be reimposted as base color (same for other specs,and chars),could you fix it please?

Try to firstly transmog your weapon, then remove it's transmog apperance. After that go back to your apperance tab and you should be able to change it. Relog inbetween those two steps.
